Gray Elementary School Hosts A Night at the Museum

Gray Elementary School recently held A Night at the Museum and A Morning at the Museum. The third and fourth grade students created and displayed their social studies projects in the school cafeteria. On November 14, students along with their families attended A Night at the Museum a to view projects. The following day every classroom experienced A Morning at the Museum.

For their projects, fourth graders focused on Texas such as the Alamo, the different geographical regions of Texas, and the different land forms of the state. Third graders focused on biographies, especially the founding fathers of the United States.

The social studies committee as well as the third and fourth grade teachers and their students did a great job putting on the fun, educational event.
