When asked about her teaching philosophy, she responded:

My primary purpose of education is to facilitate personal growth and development of students. Effective discipline strategies in the classroom aim to encourage responsible behavior. I encourage educational principles by being prepared, positive, open to new ideals and willing to take risks. It’s rewarding when my children become readers and prolific thinkers who love a challenge. I want all students to work cooperatively together, believe in themselves and bring out the best in one another.
