8 Aldine ISD Student Works Selected for TASA/TASB Convention Art Exhibit in Dallas

The state organizations promote the importance of student art within the community.

The annual Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA)/Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) fall convention will be held October 6-8 in Dallas.

With attendance of over 4,000, the conference hosts school board members and their guests, and over 1,000 school administrators including superintendents, associate superintendents, and other key district administrators. The Aldine ISD Visual Arts Department is pleased to announce that eight pieces of student artwork from elementary, middle and high school levels have been chosen for display during the conference.

The Texas Art Education Association (TAEA) is sponsoring the Prekindergarten – 12th Grade Arts Exhibition.

Aldine ISD students will be among the many representing school districts from across the State of Texas.
