Aldine ISD Schools Celebrated For Helping Families Complete Meal Applications
Several Aldine ISD campus principals were recognized for helping families complete their free/reduced meal applications, at the November Instructional Leadership Team meeting. Each campus was recognized by the Finance Department for their efforts to ensure that all families with economic challenges successfully completed their meal applications. Tamika Alford-Stephens, Aldine ISD Chief Financial Officer, presented the oversized checkmarks to each principal during the meeting. Each campus principal was entered into a drawing to win $5,000 for their campus principal fund, which provides funding to be used at the campus. Jones Middle School received the $5,000 check.
The campus principals are photographed below with Superintendent Dr. LaTonya M. Goffney and their campus School Assistant Superintendent.
