E-Rate Year 10 Web Portal (closed)
Year 10 RFPs are now available to download. The attachments and forms are available in word format separate from the RFP under the FORMS link for your convenience.
This Aldine E-Rate portal is a central repository for current, Year-10 E-Rate projects. Housed within the portal are calendars, campus technology information, proposed projects, question and answer boards, forms, directions for participation, and details about previously funded projects.
Aldine Independent School District’s Technology Services Department will be issuing RFPs on Monday, November 6, 2006. Proposals are being sought for the following items:
- High-Speed Data Lines
- Direct-Connect/Cellular Service
Basic Maintenance of Internal Connection
- Maintenance and Support for Existing Network Equipment
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at the Aldine ISD Boardroom located at 14910 Aldine Westfield Rd., Houston, Texas 77032. Discussions will be held at the following times: Internet Access – 9am–9:30am, Telecommunications – 9:30am–10am, Internal Connections – 10am–10:30am. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is not required.
Project details along with each RFP will be available on November 6, 2006 and can be found on the Aldine ISD web-portal at www.aldine.k12.tx.us/erate.
Aldine ISD encourages all proposers to periodically check the web-portal for updates and additional information related to these RFP’s.
