Victory Early College HS Ranks High for Best Teachers
The report ranks the top 100 high schools with the best teachers in the Houston area.
Niche recently released its 2017 teacher ranking based on student and parent reviews of teachers, teacher salaries, teacher absenteeism, teacher tenure, student-teacher ratio and the Niche Academics Grade for the school.
Niche is an education data analysis site.
The 2017 High Schools with the Best Teachers ranking provides a comprehensive assessment of the teachers of a public high school. This grade takes into account key factors such as the academic performance of a school in an attempt to measure the quality of teachers working at a school.

Many of the schools included in the top 100 benefited from having strong academic quality that has landed them in the state and national top tiers of excellence.
In the Houston area, Aldine ISD’s Victory Early College High School ranked 16th in the Best Teachers Ranking.

According to Jessica Hair, the ranking analyzes statistical factors and firsthand reviews from parents and students to create a comprehensive view of what creates a great teacher. Hair is a spokesperson for Niche.
It is worth noting that the campus once again also made [icons icon_name=”icon-external-link” icon_size=”14px”]Niche’s 100 Best High School Rankings in the Houston area. Victory Early College HS ranked 44th in the 2017 rankings. Niche bases its ranking on 10 different grades, including academics; teachers; health and safety; diversity; administration; resources and facilities; food; clubs and activities; college readiness; and sports. The academics portion makes up 50 percent of the weight of the final score.
